What is The Plan?

How does Build With Me work?

Six working sessions over about six weeks. You build the system inside your own tools and I sit next to you; between sessions you email me and get an answer within a business day. Six sessions at $497 would be $2,982; Build With Me is $2,485, so you pay for five. The Plan counts as session one.

What is the founding rate?

I'm one person, so the number of monthly clients is fixed. The first ten On Call clients pay $397 a month instead of $497, and the first five Keep It Running clients pay $1,250 a month instead of $1,500. The founding rate holds for as long as you stay. When those places are taken, the full price applies.

What does a custom AI system cost?

It depends on what it has to do and what it connects to. Every build is scoped after a free thirty-minute call, and the price and plan are in writing before anything starts. If you paid for The Plan or Build With Me first, that comes off the build price.

What does Beacon Visibility cost?

The AI visibility check is free. Audits, fixes and monthly monitoring are priced on Beacon's own site.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. Every engagement is a fixed price for a fixed scope, in writing before anything starts. If the scope changes, the price is agreed again in writing before the work continues.

Do you work with businesses outside Ventura?

Yes. I'm based in Ventura, California and work with businesses across the US, remotely, in any time zone.
